According to training time and training intensity, in principle, warm-up activities should last 10 minutes or even more than 15 minutes. Live self-discipline and pay attention to health. That means making sure you're eating the right foods even when you're not in camp. Take care of your body from the inside out. Always wear a helmet when confronting training. You and your training partner should wear helmets. This will protect you from blows to the head and injuries to your hands. Because of this protector, hands touch the soft helmet instead of the hard skull. Don't train with reckless guys! Train with the comrade who knows him best, he will know you better than anyone else. Without too much language, every expression and movement of both parties can be understood.


Don't be stingy with your money when it comes to boxing. Buy two sets of high quality boxer drills and workouts. Your hands are the most precious tool. You need to make sure the fist is always providing you with the best possible protection. It is common sense to wrap your hands properly before every game. If you injure your hand during the game, there will be endless trouble. You have to care about whether you can hit your opponent hard in the match. If your hand hurts, you can't hit the ball hard because your hand hurts.
