Whether the wrist brace is professional or not should not be measured by comfort. If the bench press has exceeded your body weight, you should use a wrist brace with a higher hardness, which has higher support. Unfortunately, there are very few hard wristbands on the market.

2. The length of the wristband: In fact, wristbands with a length of 45-60cm are most suitable for most exercisers. Bracers shorter than this range will have much weaker support, while wristbands longer than this range are easy to produce during the action. The discomfort of forearm numbness (some high-level players will use 100cm wristbands, but this is more like a special case).
