How to wear the wristband

Wearing a wristband is not just about wrapping around the wrist. In wearing a wrist brace, there are five details that are often overlooked by bodybuilders:

Details 1. The wrist brace should completely cover the wrist joint. If the wrist brace is too tight, the wrist joint will not be fixed, and the wrist brace will not play a protective role. Most trainers make this mistake.

Detail 2. When wrapping, the wristband must be pulled apart forcefully so that the elasticity of the wristband material can better wrap the wrist after wrapping.

Detail 3. After wearing the wrist brace, the finger cots need to be removed to reduce the pressure on the thumb and the thenar. This is a detail that many sellers of protective gear do not understand.

Detail 4. When wrapping the brace, you should not pursue "comfort", but should try to keep the wrist fixed and inactive.

Detail 5. Don't wear the wrist brace all the time, take it off during the intermission.
