How to choose a fitness belt?

The waist belt is a tight waist belt. It used to be mainly used as a belt for tightening trousers, but now it also has an aesthetic effect and a protective effect for fitness. Fitness belts mainly refer to the belts needed for strength training such as squats and deadlifts. So how to choose a fitness belt?

The width is moderate. Choose a fitness belt that is not too wide or too thin. Because it is mainly to help improve stability, it is too wide to get in the way and uncomfortable during training, and it is too thin to provide protection, so it is enough to protect the lumbar joints.

Moderate soft and hard. According to personal habits, some people like soft spots to fit the waist curve well; some like hard spots, which have a relatively large support force. This mainly depends on the training item and personal preference.

Belt material. There are many kinds of belt materials, including leather, cotton thread, and steel wire. This is mainly based on personal training.

Belt quality. Relatively speaking, expensive belts are of much better quality than cheap belts, and as a protective tool, higher quality is naturally selected, otherwise improper protection will damage the waist.

Reserve a few more. Because in the process of fitness, sweating and soaking of the belt will inevitably occur. If you keep using one, it is neither hygienic nor comfortable, so prepare a few more and you can use it in rotation.
